To ensure efficiency and a minimal environmental footprint, our return process is structured to align with our commitment to responsible fulfillment and carbon-conscious logistics.

1. 14-Day "Change of Mind" Return Window

We uphold a global standard of transparency for all our customers, aligned with European Union cooling-off protections.

  • Step 1: Notification: You must notify us of your intent to return the item within 14 calendar days of receiving your package.

  • Step 2: Shipping: Once we acknowledge your request, you have an additional 14 days to ship the item back to the specific return address we provide.

  • Proof of Shipment: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit back to the warehouse.

2. Eligibility & Condition of Items 

To ensure the product can be re-homed or recycled properly, returned items must be:

  • Undamaged, unworn, and unused.

  • Returned with all original tags attached and in original eco-friendly packaging.

  • Inspection: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item. If a product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, the refund may be denied or reduced.

3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Due to the specialized nature of our sustainable fulfillment and international agreements, the following are strictly non-returnable:

  • Personalized & Monogrammed: Items customized, engraved, or monogrammed specifically for you.

  • Special-Order Items: Products manufactured based on unique customer requests.

  • Normal Wear & Tear: We cannot accept returns for items damaged through normal use or improper care after possession.

  • Hygiene-Sensitive Goods: Personal care or sealed goods that have been opened.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will resolve it immediately.

  • Reporting Window: Report damage or defects within 3 days of receipt.

  • Required Proof: Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.

  • Our Guarantee: If the fault lies with our production partners or the carrier, we will offer a full refund or free replacement shipment and cover return shipping costs.

5. How to Start Your Return

  1. Email Us: Contact our support team within the 14-day window.

  2. Wait for Authorization: We will provide you with the correct return address. Note: Do not send items to the address on your shipping label; these locations cannot process returns.

  3. International Return Costs: For returns worldwide, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping and any applicable customs duties/taxes.

6. Refunds & Payments

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 14 days of inspection.

  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Klarna Users: You can "Report a Return" in the Klarna app to pause your payment while the return is in transit.

7. Sustainability & Impact

  • Reward Points: Points earned from the purchase will be deducted from your account.

  • Promotional Thresholds: If a return brings your order below the €99 free shipping (for Europe) or €149 worldwide shipping, the value of the shipping may be deducted from your refund.

  • Eco-Tip: Returns create a carbon footprint. Consider if an exchange or store credit (which we often incentivize with bonus rewards) might work better for you.
