Important note on eco-friendly shipping:

To minimize waste, optimize inventory, and reduce unnecessary transport, some products may be fulfilled from different warehouses located in various regions. Our warehouses are located in Europe (Italy and Slovakia). As a result, your order may arrive in multiple eco-friendly packages, possibly on different days. Please note that any applicable customs fees and VAT are the responsibility of the customer. This approach allows us to operate more sustainably while ensuring product quality and availability.

Your order goes through two distinct phases before arriving at your door:

  • Order Processing (1–3 Business Days): During this time, we verify your order details, perform a quality check, and prepare the eco-friendly packaging for shipment.

  • Transit Time (4–15 Business Days): This is the time it takes for your package to travel from our fulfillment facility to your address. Please note that delivery times vary depending on your destination country.

Total Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their sustainable goods within 7-18 business days from the date of purchase.

2. Shipping Rates & Incentives

We reward conscious shopping with the following benefits:

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over €99 within Europe and €149 worldwide. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. Please note that certain items (such as shoes or other bulky products) may still incur shipping fees due to their size, weight, or specific handling requirements.

  • Orders Below Free Shipping Threshold: For orders under these amounts, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated based on your location.

3. Worldwide Delivery

We ship to almost every country across the globe.

  • Geographical Scope: We offer worldwide delivery. Available shipping methods and rates for your specific region will be displayed at checkout.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.

During holidays (e.g., November/December) or major sales events, international carrier networks often experience congestion. Please allow for potential extensions of the standard timeline, with deliveries sometimes taking 25+ days during these peaks. We appreciate your patience and your commitment to the planet.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction and trust are our priority.

  • Delivery Guarantee: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier or remains stationary for more than 10 business days past the estimated delivery window, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.

  • Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please report it within 3 days of receipt with photo evidence so we can resolve the issue immediately.
